Non- Refundable

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return or exchange headbands, hair clips, hair ties or hats. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order once you've received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, if an item has been damaged during shipping, we are not responsible for those damages. 

Exchanges 
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange headbands, hair clips, hair ties or hats.
